General Info
- ALL attendees must be 21+ w/ a valid State-issued picture ID (or Passport) Bring a valid, state-issued form of identification to Brass City Brew Fest. All IDs will be checked at the gate. No exceptions will be made regarding proper identification.
- Sorry, children and pets are NOT allowed on Brew Fest grounds.
- Food, water & other non-alcoholic beverages are available for purchase.
- We do not allow attendees to bring in their own food & beverage into the festival.
- No refunds or exchanges. Event will be held RAIN or SHINE.
- Please follow all posted rules and regulations
- To ensure a long-lasting supply for all attendees, all participating Brewers & Reps will only pour 3oz tasting portions. Attendees will be able to enjoy an "unlimited" tasting experience from the 100+ brews presented, but please remember it is up to you to enjoy responsibly.
- Attendees will have a 5oz commemorative tasting glass included with their ticket. No pours will be made directly into other drinking vessels.
DESIGNATED DRIVERS
Purchase a designated driver ticket ($10 – no glass included) for access to the contests, the live performing bands, all non-alcoholic vendor beverages, and access to the food truck vendors. Designated drivers will be checked and not served by anyone (other than our non-alcoholic beverage suppliers) in any of the serving tents. If designated drivers are found to be drinking alcoholic beverages, they will be removed promptly from the festival.
PHOTOGRAPHIC RELEASE: The Volunteer, Ticket Purchaser and Designated Driver does hereby grant and convey to Main Street Waterbury all right, title, and interest in any and all photographic images and video or audio recordings made by Main Street Waterbury during the 20th Annual Brass City Brew Fest Activities, including, but not limited to, any royalties, proceeds, or other benefits derived by such photographs or recordings.
